Prior to Colopl Group, Shintaro managed Japanese Growth equity portfolio as a Portfolio Manager at one of the biggest Japanese asset management companies. Also as an Analyst, researched primarily Japanese internet related young companies since 2000. Shintaro also covered U.S. companies for global equity investments when he was in NY office. Prior to it, Shintaro was an Officer of the merchant bank, marketed loan to small/mid size corporations.

Tetsuya Nakashima

Previously worked at a incubation facility, primarily involved in venture support operations and specific startup support projects. Joined COLOPL NEXT in 2016 and has been providing hands-on support to investee companies, building a community of young entrepreneurs, as well as investing in dozens of companies, mainly startups in Japan. Koichi Ishizuka

Joined COLOPL NEXT in April 2018 as a fund manager of a publicly traded equity fund, investing in emerging companies. Prior to Colopl Next, worked at Asset Management One as a Sector Analyst of information and telecommunications, and then as an Analyst/Fund Manager for small- and mid-cap equities.

Previously worked at a CVC and a startup as a CFO for 8 years to acheive its IPO. Supported PE funds' portfolios in their PMI, exit strategies, and IPO. In charge of monitoring COLOPL NEXT portfolio companies and their value addition.

Member of the Domestic Investment Team. Joined COLOPL NEXT in February 2023, primarily focusing on domestic startups. Previously researched startups in Korea and Southeast Asia as intern of COLOPL NEXT. Majored in Global Political Economics at Waseda University.
